Portfolio manager for associations in the Dade/Broward areas. Must be a result driven, customer service oriented CAM. The average manager’s portfolio size is 2-10 communities, with the backing of administrative support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, new lease and sales application processing and office staff to help manage some day to day customer contact.

Position requires a flexible schedule. with the ability to work evenings, and start with a few communities, growing into a full portfolio in a short time frame.


*Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CAM experience

*Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

*Professional, reliable, organized, energetic and positive

*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

* Demonstrated computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook, TOPS experience is a plus

*Basic financial and accounting skills with budget development experience

*Attend and arrange for the documentation needed for evening board meetings

*Reliable vehicle and valid Florida driver’s license a must
